Political Fact Check
Documented claims by leading politicians — each with an independent fact-check verdict. Fabricated content falsely attributed to politicians is marked separately: there, the politician is the victim, not the author.
Methodology: Only claims assessed by an independent third party are included (IFCN-certified fact-checkers such as CORRECTIV and dpa, courts, official statistics, academic studies). Fact-checking is applied to all parties equally; deliberate lies, honest mistakes and out-of-context quotes are distinguished in the explanation.
