Data caveats (13)

education_spending_pct_gdp is OMITTED from all governments: UNESCO/World Bank/OECD data for 2021 (5.49%) and 2022 (4.77% primary-to-tertiary or 5.28% broader) were found, but a consistent annual series from 2013-2020 was not retrievable from web-accessible sources. Full time series is available from Statistik Austria Bildungsausgaben ODS download or UNESCO UIS data portal (https://uis.unesco.org).
National debt figures (% GDP and EUR bn) are sourced primarily from countryeconomy.com aggregating Eurostat EDP data. Minor discrepancies (0.5-2 pp) exist vs. Statistik Austria's own press releases. Statistik Austria confirmed figures: 2017=78.4%/EUR 289.5 bn; 2018=74.0%/EUR 285.3 bn; 2019=70.4%/EUR 280.4 bn; 2022=78.4%/EUR 350.8 bn; 2023=77.8%/EUR 371.1 bn; 2024=81.8%/~EUR 394 bn.
Unemployment rate uses the national AMS/registered definition throughout as the politically salient Austrian measure. Eurostat/ILO figures (consistently 2-3 pp lower) are noted in each KPI notes field.
Healthcare spending: 2013, 2014, 2017, and 2019 values are estimates interpolated from known anchor points (2015: 10.2% confirmed; 2022: 11.4%; 2023: 11.2%; 2024: 11.7-11.8%). Exact historical figures require Statistik Austria SHA annual tables (https://www.statistik.at/en/statistics/population-and-society/health/health-care-and-expenditure/health-expenditure).
GDP growth for 2013-2016 (0.0%, 0.8%, 1.0%, 2.0%) are well-established OeNB/Eurostat figures but not retrieved from a single authoritative table in this session; verify against Eurostat tec00115 or OeNB table 7.3.
VPI inflation 2020 reported as ~1.4%: this figure was not explicitly confirmed by a Statistik Austria press release in this research session; it is consistent with the CPI 2020 base year (=100.0) context and widely cited for Austria.
PISA scores (2012: 506; 2015: 497; 2018: 499; 2022: 487) are consistent with OECD PISA country-note trend descriptions; 2022 score of 487 is directly confirmed. Earlier scores from OECD PISA database Table I.B1.3.1.
Life expectancy: 2024 data not yet available; 2023 (81.90 years) is the most recent confirmed Statistik Austria/Eurostat value.
Stocker government KPIs use most recently available data (mostly 2024 or early 2025 figures) as term-start proxies; full-year 2025 statistics are not yet available.
The Faymann/Mitterlehner label spans two formal cabinets (Faymann II: 2013-12-16 to 2016-05-17; Kern: 2016-05-17 to 2017-12-18) treated as one continuous SPOe-OeVP grand coalition.
Kurz I effectively ended with government resignation 2019-05-27 (Ibiza affair); caretaker Bierlein served until 2020-01-07. KPI end values use 2019 annual averages.
