What was promised, where it was made, what actually happened, and how we rate the outcome. Government commitments and pre-election positions side by side.

Methodology: Ratings come from two datasets: government_promise rows (fulfilled / partial / broken) and contradiction entries (counted as contradicted). Success rate = (fulfilled + 0.5 × partial) ÷ all rated × 100. Coalition compromises and strengthened-beyond-promise cases are excluded from the broken count — see the detail table for nuance.
